Born from frustration.
Every sponge under the kitchen sink was the same: petroleum-based foam wrapped in synthetic plastic mesh, shedding microplastics into the water with every scrub. We couldn't find a better option — so we made one.
Almighty Sponge started in North Idaho with a straightforward goal: build a dish sponge from materials you could actually name. Natural burlap for the scrub layer. Organic latex foam for the core. Cotton thread to hold it together. That's it.
